About BURO_ASAP

We support contemporary art and culture, both in Belgium and internationally. We provide a platform where artists can show their work to a diverse audience, encourage artistic interaction and explore different art forms.

Through exhibitions, publications and collaborations, we aim to make art more accessible and promote dialogue about contemporary art practices, focusing on both local and international art scenes.

We have produced the itinerant exhibition FAIRY TALES, which traveled from Antwerp to Seoul, Tokyo and Palma. Last year, our inaugural exhibition inside of our studio space in Antwerp was titled 9 NEW WORKS, and featured a selection of artworks by emerging and established artists both local and international. In 2026 we’ve produced the exhibition FADE OUT in collaboration with CASSTL.

Our self-funded approach allows us to function outside of institutional or commercial pressures, aiming to produce exhibitions and editions founded in a respect for the artist as persons instead of brands, humanizing their practice within a greater context.

Our team is composed of Vanessa Van Obberghen, Jesse Siegel and Rokhaya Diokhane, with contributors Jan Tomza-Osiecki and Jaehun Park.

BURO_ASAP is located in a converted parking garage at Eikelstraat 9, 2600 Antwerpen-Berchem (BE).
